Buyer information

 


Home Owners Association – Voting members of the Home Owners association will be Mike Kitts and Greg Crafts until the project is completed.  Dues, if any, will be set and collected by them.   Upon completion of the project (completion to be defined by Mike and Greg)  the Assocociation will be turned over to the property owners within the project.  Known CC&Rs are (this list is subject to change):

  • Fences are limited to 3 feet, or 4 feet if green wire fencing. 
  • No sheds/additions may be added to the homes/yards.  This includes a restriction on carports unless designed into the original home.
  • Standard house pets are allowed per City regulations. 
  • Homes may not be used as rentals

 

Appliances - the following appliances will be included in the cost of the home (usually Stainless steel appliances):

  • Hot water heater
  • Stove, standard quality gas
  • Direct vent range hood
  • Garbage disposal
  • Dish washer, standard quality
  • Gas fireplace

 

Buyer may (depending on timing) elect to have input on the following:

  • Formica
  • Carpet
  • Linoleum

 

Cottage housing will hold a 4 year “first right of refusal” shall you decide to sell the home within the first 4 years of ownership.
